Bound with twelve pages of publisher's advertisements for the Juvenile Library to rear. Illustrated with engraved frontispiece and eleven plates besides, all depicting the Greek and Roman gods; complete. An excellent example of this scarce work by Godwin, an important philosopher and novelist, and the father of Mary Shelley.
