In dark cloth covered boards with the title gold-stamped to the front and spine. Size 18 by 12 cm. 314 pages plus index and with another 46 pages of fascinating contemporary advertisements. Complete with nine folding maps and city plans including maps of Peking, Shanghai and Hong Kong. This copy once belonged to a British entertainer Hugh William Peel, who had the stage name of Gillie Potter. It has his bookplate and signature to the front endpapers. Minor signs of use but overall Good to VG condition.
