London: Faber & Gwyer Ltd., 1928. Printed at the Curwen Press. First limited edition, this being number one hundred and fifteen of five hundred copies. This is a very near fine copy. In red paper covered card as issued, which has some slight dusting to the spine and some equally slight handling marks. The bookplate of Richard Luckett, Oxford polymath, is present on the front pastedown. The limitation page bears the author and illustrator signature in black ink. Overall, this is a very near fine copy of the ninth title in the Ariel Poems series. Ariel Poem No. 9, illustrated and written by Hilaire Belloc.
