7 silver gelatin dry plate prints, various sizes c.122 by 165-175mm. All images with some nicks, sunning, staining and curling but retaining a good overall exposure. [Alexandria; Sidi Bishr Rest Camp]. n.d. but [c.1917-18].

A fascinating vernacular image of General Allenby meeting Ottoman Prisoners of War. This tense photo is juxtaposed with a separate image with British troops in more relaxed settings. These images are support by a four part panorama of the British rest camp at Sidi Bashr.
