He goes so far as to push his own formula as preferable to mother's milk. Still, eccentric medicine is nevertheless part of the history of medicine, and the book is very rare: 3 copies in France (BnF, Académie de Médecine, Chalons-en-Champagne - perhaps a local connexion?); outside France I trace only UCLA, so not NLM or Wellcome.
