Hand sewn. 8 pages. A letter from Brunel to Sir John Barrow (Secretary to the Admiralty) summarising the work to be done and estimates of the cost, along with three plans of the dock and wall on a scale of approximately 200 feet to the inch. This is the official record of the submission and does not have a signature.
