ANON. THE HISTORY OF LITTLE TOM TUCKER. J.Kendrew, Printer, Colliergate (York). Pp 16 including covers, with 16 woodcuts. No date but circa 1810-1820. Approx 97 x 65 mm. Disbound with evidence of previous binding on the spine. Clean internally and Very Good condition overall. As with all the Kendrew 16 pp format, the covers were simply washed in yellow after printing and binding. This copy with the stamp of JH Carr printer and stationer 31 Fossgate, York. Carr was the son of J. Kendrew’s eldest daughter Elizabeth. He is known to have continued selling J.Kendrew’s old stock after his death.
