Signed by the Publisher.  A very good copy of this impressive, and substantial volume of large proportions. A hardback with vellum spine and corners, with raised bands and gilt title to spine. With blue cloth over boards with gilt title to front. Some markings, wear and scuffs to the blue cloth and some minor marks to the vellum, but still a most handsome volume. Text is in very good condition overall - generally bright and clean, with infrequent scattered spot. The rough cut text block edges have some darkening at extremities, but the text presents very nicely overall with the Plates being of lovely quality. One of the printed guards with a marginal toned mark to lower edge. Occasional loose sheet (not surprising due to the huge size of this book). This limited edition is very scarce and seldom seen in commerce. A desirable volume.
