Book Description

The sole UK printing published by Brewhouse Private Press, Wymondham in 1978. ‘Number '8' of a limited edition of only 28 numbered and signed copies, with the signature of Rigby Graham to the limitation page. The BOOK is in near Fine condition and appears unread. The book is bound in the publisher's original morocco leather with coloured inlays on the spine and front cover. Striking coloured endpapers deigned by Rigby Graham. The binding is by Trevor Hickman’s with the text-block in gold and top and bottom silk bands. Slight toning of the spine of the book. Housed in the original slipcase which is covered in the same decorated paper as the endpapers of the book. Profusely illustrated throughout by Rigby Graham with colour & B/W illustrations and with several colour tipped-in plates. Although it bears no markings as such, this book has come direct from the binder's Trevor Hickman personal collection. A very handsome production and one of the key highlights of the Brewhouse Press. Very scarce.
