Though ex Library, there is only a stamp on text block top edge, verso title + blind stamp, slight sticker residue on ffep. Maps & text Very Clean. Nice small booksellers sticker on paste down ‘GEORGE PHILIP & SON, Maps, Globes & Atlases, Fleet Street, LONDON’ The text & maps are in fine condition, looks like never been read & maps never opened. Obviously not many people from Nottingham were thinking of traveling to Russia / Iran / China at that time! All 40 Maps & 78 Plans are Complete, as called for, & in Fine Condition, many colour, folding & double page. The two original ribbon bookmarks are still present. A superb example of this scarce Baedeker.
