A history of the reigns of Ferdinand and Isabella, this appears to be the first volume of three, but includes the two books of naval wars.

Elio Antonio de Nebrija was the greatest Spanish humanist of his generation, a friend of Cardinal Ximenes and co-editor of the great complutensian polyglot-Bible. One of his sons, Sancho de Nebrija, set up a press in Granada (1534) in order to print his father's works.
