FIRST GUILLAUME EDITION. (5 x 3.1 inches). Frontispiece and 10 mono illustrations by Ludek Marold. A very good boright copy in an attractive early arts and crafts leather binding of full tan calf. The book's title embossed into the front board in stylised lettering. Spine with five raised bands and lettered in gilt. Marbled endpapers. All edges gilt. Black silk bookmarker sewn in. The binding is a little rubbed to the edges but overall a very attractive little volume. --- Issued as a volume in Guillaume's Nelumbos series, Composed, engraved, and printed by Edouard Guliiaume in Paris.
