Square 8vo (approx. 17 x 20cm.). A journal containing 50 leaves, completed in a legible hand to 41 pages, with a map of France tipped in at front, 11 hotel receipts pasted in, and 53 original watercolours pasted in to several gathers or versos of leaves, each approx. 95 x 55 mm., the majority captioned by hand, one sepia drawing to text; Green’s ownership inscription to leaf at rear of volume, contemporary half calf, very worn with backstrip deficient, leaves loose and chipped to some fore-edges, but the contents generally in good order, and the watercolours in fine condition.
