Housed in the very scarce original dustjacket which is in fair condition. Not price clipped (with the original '3s. 6d.' price). With wear and nibbles to extremities. With some tears and losses to spine. Now covered in a protective, removable clear plastic sleeve. Text is bright and clean throughout. Mild offsetting to endpapers. Illustrations are in excellent bright condition. Green tinted top edge (colour now faded). Spotting to edges of text block. A very scarce volume featuring a much-loved classic children's character.
