World Painting Competition for Deaf Children

A hand signed letter by Prince Philip on Buckingham Palace note paper, dated 7th Sept 1961.
Letter size 240 x 185 mm approx in original glazed frame.
Slight crease vertically across the letter.

I congratulate the winners upon their success and all competitors on their enterprise in taking part.'
