Bound by the binders Root & Son, London, with their stamp at top of first free end paper. There is a letter style dedication to Nathaniel Page Lauriat, Christmas 1928, saying this is a Christmas present. Signed by the binder Herbert E Root. The initials NPL are stamped on the front board in gilt. Quarto size approx 11" x 8.5"
