Not in Spence; Renard 455 (“scarce”); Rosove 98.A1 (“Uncommon”), The relief ship S.Y. "Morning" made two voyages to Scott's expedition of 1902-4 under the command of William Colbeck, with E. R. G. R. Evans as Second and Doorly as Third. Doorly wrote the present songs at the onboard piano, with lyrics by John D. Morrison, the chief engineer.
