The binding is straight and tight, the boards clean apart from a few marks to the back board and the gold lettering on the spine bright. There is minimal shelf wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine and minimal wear to the front edge of the spine. The slightly toned and foxed end papers and pages are free from marks, tears and inscriptions. Volume II The book is in near fine condition. The binding is straight and tight, the boards clean apart from a few marks to the back board and the gold lettering on the spine bright. There is minimal shelf wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine and minimal wear to the front edge of the spine. The slightly toned and foxed end papers and pages are free from marks, tears and inscriptions.There is some damage between the photograph page and the Title page with a tear to the bottom corner of the title page. Volume III The book is in near fine condition. The binding is straight and tight, the boards clean apart from a few marks and the gold lettering on the spine bright. There is minimal shelf wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine and minimal wear to the front edge of the spine. There is a small tear and indentation to the edge of the front board. The slightly toned and foxed end papers and pages are free from marks, tears and inscriptions. Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box.
