Illustrated with found medieval woodcuts, printed in colour. One of 225 unnumbered copies, from a total edition of 300 copies. Title page hand set in 48' Perpetua type and printed on a leaf of Japanese paper impregnated with slivers of bark. Text hand set in 12' Caslon type and printed on cream-coloured Glastonbury paper. Sewn into original plain wrappers. Designed and printed at the Goliard Press. Fine copy, in printed blue hand-made paper dustjacket.
