King with captioned tissue guards, browning to free endpapers, small stain slightly visible to upper edge of some plates and a few ff., staple mark to top edge of preliminary ff., otherwise internally very good, contemporary ownership inscription to front free endpaper; publisher’s green buckram with inlaid pictorial title-label, top edge gilt, slightly rubbed to extremities but overall a good copy.
