Two vols. 8vo; ( 24 x 18 cm); engraved half-titles, engraved frontispieces, 127 engraved plates, occasional light foxing, patterned endpapers; contemporary red blind-stamped morocco, lavishly gilt decorated with floral motifs, spine gilt lettered and decorated, all edges gilt; a very attractive set. Blackmer 208 for the first edition.
