Mistress Mariner

Book Description
An extremely scarce title by this author, especially as 1st edition (there was a slightly later cheap edition also printed). This was the 2nd title in her historical series. The blue cloth cover has a small mark on the front cover. There is some splitting in the cloth at the side of the spine. Also some fraying to the bottom edge of spine, and rubbing along the bottom edges of covers. Cover corners also a little rubbed. Endpapers nice and clean - just a faint date written 30.1.37. Minor foxing on 1/2 title page. Generally a clean copy. No other handwriting inside writing other than date. At rear endpapers there is a small brown mark at hinge - see picture.Book comes in a photocopy / facsimile dustwrapper
