All pages with a printed red ruled border. Original brown pebble grained cloth on bevelled edges boards with gilt lettering to the front cover and spine. Blind stamped rule and decorative corner borders on both boards. Original dark brown coated endpapers. A crease to the front free endpaper and one page bumped to the outer corner of one mount page, not affecting the image, otherwise a better than very good example of this uncommon catalogue. The covers are bright and clean. Contains a history of the firm up to 1871.
