Cocktail Fashions of 1936
Book Description
Stated first printing and limited edition. Publisher's mock leather cloth in green, gilt illustrated cover. Light bumping to the extremities and the head and tail of the spine, boards remaining bright. Internally, binding is just a touch tender. Pages are generally bright and clean, bar light handling marks. There are two black dirt scuffs to the verso of the page opposite the Recipes headed page. Illustrated with delightful colour Deco vignettes by Emily Jones and Paul Van Tuyl. A scarce and striking Art Deco recipe book for cocktails, published just a few years following the end of the Prohibition Era.
