Book Description

Painted in 1992, this is a very nice original painting of “Clent Books” Secondhand bookshop in Halesowen by local artist Michael Richardson who was a member of The Royal Birmingham Society of Artists, he also taught art in Local Birmingham Schools for 30 years before becoming a full-time painter and writer. The picture frame measures 26 inches by 19 inches approx. ( 66cm by 49cm) The actual painting measures 18 inches by 12 inches approx. (46cm by 30cm) The painting is beautifully done in Michael’s recognisable style. A lovely painting and an interesting piece of local social history. Due to the size and weight of the picture, I will not be able to offer postage on this item. Collection in person, or can make arrangements to deliver or meet half way if not too far away.
