Fifteen years after the author's previous visit and now accompanied by his wife. this book takes the reader back to Spain after the Civil War. The book is neatly divided into six chapters, each in a different town or city.
The book is in near fine condition. The binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and the gilt lettering on the spine quite bright. There is slight shelf wear to the bottom edge of the spine. The end papers and pages are free from tears and inscriptions. There is foxing to all the edges.
The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in good condition with loss to all the corners, a small tear to the top edge of the front cover, wear to the edge of the front cover, nibbling to the top edge of the spine, loss to the bottom edge of the spine, a slightly sunned spine, a small tear to the top edge of the back cover and a darkened back cover.
Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box.
