Keogh’s Books is a family-run antiquarian and second-hand bookseller based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. We are dealers in finely crafted, historically significant, rare and unusual books.
The business was founded in 1985 by the late Joe Keogh, who traded for over thirty years before passing the business to his daughter, Carmel Keogh.
Over our history, we have traded from a number of bricks-and-mortar bookshops in Gloucestershire, Yorkshire and Cork. Today, we trade exclusively online and at selected book fairs, serving collectors, readers, institutions and fellow booksellers worldwide.
As a family business, we take pride in offering a personal and knowledgeable service and we are always happy to answer enquiries or discuss individual books, collections and specialist interests.
