Book Description

A beautiful bright copy with very bright un-clipped dust wrapper showing edge wear and very slight creasing to top and bottom edges. The boards and silver text are bright and clean, the head and tail of spine slightly bruised and bottom edge of spine is edge worn - however lovely tight copy in excellent condition. There is an owners name and date quite neatly written in ink at the top of the right hand front end paper and sadly less neatly the owners name printed in the half title page (image shown). Still a lovely copy worthy of any collection not least for the wealth of Quentin Blake illustrations throughout the text
