Book Description

Hardback. 344pp. Undated but assumed c 1890 - Spencer Blackett publishing was active 1880-1895. With 16 full page illustrations by Charles Kerr. binding is stamped Griffith and Farran to tail of spine. Brown cloth with silver titles to front and spine in a very attractive font. Black ruled boarders to textured cloth background and decorative border to title panel. A little bumped and with some slight wear to edges. Small black mark and a tiny glossy patch (glue splash?) to front. Front free endpaper is split to two thirds of the up. Clean and otherwise sound.
