Book Description

A very good copy of a 1940s children's book by Jennifer Rickard, 'The Kind-Hearted Duckling'. Written and illustrated by Rickard, this book is in great condition, with original dust wrapper which matches the decorated boards. Wrapper has mild edgewear but presents very well. Boards are exceptional. Book is undated but has gift inscription from 1949. Toning to title page and final page (see photo) from wrapper edge onwards. Charming throughout!
