Finely bound, by Roger de Coverly of London, in late nineteenth century full dark blue calf in the same style as the original decorative publishers cloth binding, designed by Rossetti himself. Inner boards with single gilt rules lines. Original decorative floral endpapers printed in dark blue on light blue paper. Top edges gilt, the others untrimmed. Some rubbing to the spines, and a little bumping to the edges but still a very attractive pair of fine leather bindings by one of the master bookbinders of the day.
