Printed in England by W R Royle & Sons Ltd. Published by Penguin Books Ltd in Association with Benjamin Pollock Ltd 1st edition, this is the second issue, with red background. As with the 1st issue, it too was printed for sale at 'Two Shillings and sixpence' but is usually over-stickered '3s 1d (including 7d purchase tax)' This copy shows no signs of ever having had the sticker. The theatre was specially designed to fit Pollocks Toy Theatres.
