Book Description

FIRST EDITION. 4to. (12.7 x 10.1 inches). iv, 259pp. Tear to the top outer corner margin of the note page, after the title page, and well away from the text, otherwise a very good uncut copy in publishers original paper covered boards. Some gatherings still unopened. Remains of printed paper label on spine but all lettering is gone. Board edges bumped and rubbed. Top hinge cracked but holding firm. Publishers advert (not the publisher of this book) for B. C. Brodie's Diseases of the Joints inserted to the inner margin of the front blank free endpaper. Overall a very good copy. Scarce in unsophisticated condition.
