~ It is accompanied by a printed sheet explaining the design of the card which “is an entire departure from previous commemorative cards, in both colour and design.” The card, reminiscent of Walter Crane, “is designed and printed by Messrs. The National Association of Journalists (inaugurated in 1884), changed its name to the Institute of Journalists, after receiving a royal charter, from Queen Victoria in 1890.
