Publisher's decorative cloth with gilt pictorial spine & front board, rather bumped to the head & tail of the spine and extremities, ring mark, scuffs and marks to boards; front hinge strained at half title page, binding very tender throughout with p.355 loose & p.357 with tear, p.83 with loss & tear to upper corner not affecting text block, a few occ. marks to pages. An uncommon late Victorian compilation of fairy stories by the Brothers Grimm in a charming gilt binding.
