Book Description

Hardback; 4to; iv, 480pp: Volume 62 of the Girls Own annual: rust cloth cover,gift inscription, faint, inside cover; occasional nicks or small marks from use; generally a nearly very good sound copy of what has become an extremely scarce annual, as it marks the first appearance of Worrals, W E Johns female heroine. It also contains a long short story by William Earle (W E Johns) and an article where W E Johns describes life in the WAAF. The book comes in a colour photocopy of the original dustwrapper. Volume 62 was the last of the Annual volumes of Girls Own.
