A first edition copy of the original edition of Roald Dahl's 'Dirty Beasts', with illustrations by Rosemary Fawcett. Published by Cape in 1983, this copy has a Signature from Dahl to the front free end paper, in his traditional slanted felt-pen style (showing through to rear of page, as often happens). This version of Dahl's book features the surreal illustrations by Fawcett, which are very striking. In good condition in original glazed boards (minor scratch to rear, with small scuff to base of spine).
