Large hardback in original pictorial boards, with no dust-jacket, as published. 507 pages of colour and b/w photographs. Front board slightly discoloured by exposure to sunlight. Luigi Colani (1928-2019) was a German industrial designer who began is career began in the 1950s by designing cars for Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Volkswagen, and BMW. By the 1960s, he was designing furniture, before branching out into a variety of area ranging from ballpoint pens and TV sets to trucks and kitchens.
