Book Description

Vol. 1, page 207, is numbered 756, however the catch word at the foot of p 206 agrees with that at the top of '756' and although the catchword at the foot of '756' does not appear at the top of p 288, the proper sense of the phrase agrees. In Vol. 2, pp 18-19, pp 33-34, pp 36-37 and pp 126-127 have the same issue.
