Book Description

Original blind and gilt stamped red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked, faded, and generally grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends; deep vertical crease. Ink stain to front endpapers. Rear inner hinge is badly cracked. The binding is very loose; the bundles are separating. B/w frontispiece with tissue protection. Mild foxing to both endpages and throughout. 425 pp + appendix. Additional photos are available upon request.
