Book Description

Uncommon crime novel from prolific golden age crime novelist. Although many titles were published they do not appear for sale in such nice condition very often. All his novels were set in England but do not seem to have a link or series featuring the same detective as with most authors of the period. Perhaps this is why they are not so well know. This is the 'popular'' edition published one year after the first of 1925.
