Newcastle: John Sykes, 1829, limited edition of 200 copies, map frontis, five engraved plates (one hand-coloured), the names of the witnesses have been added in neat manuscript to the head margins, towards the end of the book, these are in pencil outline awaiting ink, occasional pencil annotation, original boards with later cloth spine, binding weak, front hinge gaping, stitching parted after plate 2 at rear of book, page edges tanned and dust marked.
