Book Description

Brown decorated cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Top edges gilt. Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Some bumping to corners. Spine has bumping to ends and a dark mark as if a label has been removed. The pages have been hand cut and hence are rather ragged. Golden endpages have small stains where the cloth has ghosted. Signed by the illustrator to the reverse of the frontispiece. Colour frontispiece, one of thirty illustrations by Katharine Cameron. Textblock is well held, but has a few grubby marks associated with use. Ribbon page marker has unravelled; it is still attached but not really functional. 211 pp. Additional photos are available upon request. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 940g. (YBP Ref: 028559:15)
