Published in 1894 by Samson Low, this is a bound collection of seven reprints on blindness and the education of the blind by various authors, all the papers are bound with their original coloured printed wrappers, bound in an old half leather binding, just under 8.5 inches tall. The binding is rubbed and worn, cracking to both joints but boards holding, internally all the papers are in very good condition. a very scarce set of publications
