Book Description
Partial set of classroom posters, probably 1930s (one shows a young Princess Elizabeth playing by her dolls’ house). 44 posters between numbers 2 & 75 in original cardboard sleeve. Thick sturdy paper, 35 x36 cm. subjects include pictures of children playing, world geography, animals, legends and religious scenes. 12 of the 44 have three holes punched in the left hand margin as though they have been in a ring binder. About half have pin holes in the corners and two have short tears. Bright vibrant colours, mostly VG.
