35 volumes. 8vo. pp. various paginations; many illustrations, some folding. Lacks one illustration from 1st series volume 13 which appears never to have been bound in. A matching set in contemporary full calf, some minor wear to the heads of the spines but generally a lovely set in ‘country house’ condition.
An important periodical responsible for disseminating important discoveries culled from a wide variety of sources; its later title was the Repertory of Patent Inventions.
