Prowett, 1828. 1st ed., (2),111,(1) pag., title-vignette and 24 etchings by George Cruikshank, each present in both coloured and uncoloured full-page states (48 plates in total) printed on the correct "hard vellum like Whatman paper" (Douglas), and 4 woodcut illustrations in the text, bound in full red crushed morocco with triple gilt fillet-line on both covers, gilt cover-edges, giltlettered spine with raised bands, compartments richly gilt with floral motifs, elaborately gilt turn-ins, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt, all done by Riviere & Sons.
