Published in 1870 this is a nice early English Language edition of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, a small slim format measuring just under 6.5 inches tall ( 16cm ) 358 pages, not illustrated. Book is bound in an old contemporary half red leather binding bound by Harrison of Pall Mall London. The binding has mild rubbing wear, slight discolouration to the leather else the binding is in nice solid condition, leather joints in good order with no cracking, no internally cracking either. Noticeable foxing to endpapers and title page, creasing wear to a couple of pages within, else contents in nice general condition. bound without the half title, A nice early English language printing of this much-loved classic.
