Book Description

1909 reprint of 1905 edition (binders have incorrectly dated it as 1904 on spine) in the series 'The Series of English Idylls' a little foxing to first few leaves, 25 colour illustrations by Brock. This copy is half bound in deer skin, raised bands and floral design, gilt titles and decoration to spine, silk bookmark, head edge gilt.
