A very good copy in slightly chipped dustwrapper with a library number label on the spine. The book has a library ex libris from Cragwood, a 172-acre equestrian manor, which served as the main estate of Charles and Jane Engelhard and sits high above Ravine Lake in New Jersey, on the front pastedown endpaper. The book is protected in a red cloth chemise housed in a red morocco spined slip case, made by James Macdonald Co. New York. Spine with raised bands,ruled in blind. Lettered in gilt.
